Cabin Rentals at Keyser Pond Campground

Keyser Pond Campground currently offers three cozy rental cabins (as of 2026), with plans to expand to five cabins in the future. These beautiful cabins are available year-round, giving you the opportunity to experience the campground in every season.

In the summer, enjoy swimming in the pond, campground activities, and classic family camping fun.
In the winter, our location is perfect for snowmobiling, skiing, and other cold-weather adventures.

Cabin Rates

Cabins start at $155 per night, plus 8.5% NH Meals & Rooms Tax.

Your stay includes:

• 2 adults and their children under 18 (maximum occupancy: 5 guests)

• Additional adults: $10 per person, per night

Additional fees and policies:

• $50 refundable security deposit (returned after checkout if the cabin is cleaned, dishes are washed, and no damage occurs)

• $35 non-refundable linen cleaning fee

• May – October: 2-night minimum stay

• Holiday weekends: higher rates and 3-night minimum

White Mountains Cabin

Our first cabin, White Mountains, comfortably sleeps up to five guests.

Sleeping arrangements include:

• 1 Queen bed

• 2 Twin beds in the loft

• 1 Twin pull-out couch

The cabin is fully stocked with bedding, towels, and a kitchen equipped with:
plates, bowls, cups, silverware, cookware, pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker, stove, oven, and microwave.

Check-in: 3:00 PM until quiet hours
Check-out: 11:00 AM

🚭 No smoking and no pets permitted in this cabin. Violations are subject to additional fees.

Seacoast Cabin

The Seacoast Cabin has the same sleeping setup as our White Mountains cabin:

• 1 Queen bed

• 2 Twin beds in the loft

• 1 Twin pull-out couch

It also includes bedding, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen.

While we do not claim full ADA accessibility, this cabin has been designed to be more mobility-friendly, including:

• A ramp entrance

• Larger bathroom and shower

• Lower kitchen table and microwave

Check-in: 3:00 PM until quiet hours
Check-out: 11:00 AM

🚭 No smoking permitted.
🐾 Pets allowed for an additional $20 non-refundable fee.

Great North Woods Cabin

Our newest cabin, Great North Woods, opened March 2026 and features the same comfortable layout as our other cabins.

The cabin sleeps up to five guests and includes:

• 1 Queen bed

• 2 Twin beds in the loft

• 1 Twin pull-out couch

• Bedding and towels

• Fully stocked kitchen with essential cookware and appliances

The cabin is decorated with a rustic North Woods theme featuring moose, deer, and natural wood accents, giving it a cozy New Hampshire feel.
